The location is simply exceptional. The sea view (5 km away) can be seen (depending on weather conditions) as soon as you enter the house, and also from the living room, kitchen, and several bedrooms.

The 850 m² of the “Ferme de la Forêt” have been designed with the finest materials and an extraordinary attention to detail. Old wood is omnipresent, blending beautifully with stone and hardwood floors.

There are seven double en-suite bedrooms (six with walk-in showers, one with both shower and bathtub) and a dormitory (with shower and bathtub). Among these seven bedrooms:
The master suite is 72 m² and includes a living area, an office, and a walk-in closet. It features Japanese toilets, a double shower, and a bathtub. The second master suite is 55 m² and also offers a living area and an office. Three other bedrooms include a sofa and a desk. Only one bedroom is not air-conditioned. Some rooms can be arranged with twin beds. The dormitory is a fantastic hideaway for children, accommodating up to six, with two bunk beds (120×190 cm).

The gym is equipped with an elliptical trainer, a weight machine, and an infrared sauna. There is also a 4K cinema room with outstanding sound quality, and a screen that can be used for golf simulation with a Trackman (optional). A separate TV room can also be converted into a meeting room.

The property includes an independent studio with a 140×200 cm bed. It features a small kitchen, a dining table, and a bathroom, all finished with the same high-quality materials as the main house—ideal for staff, teenagers, or friends.

An electric car charging station is available.

Outdoors, you’ll find a 10×5 m putting green with five holes, a floodlit padel court, and an exceptional 20×5 m swimming pool heated to 29°C. The private grounds cover 4.5 hectares, and you are welcome to pick fruit from the orchard in season.
